Whenever possible, our products are sourced from the Galilee region in Israel, renowned for its rich agricultural heritage and unique climate, which produce some of the world’s finest herbs and spices.

Yes, all our products are kosher, Badatz, certified by the Jezreel Valley Beth Din. 

 

Store your herbs and spices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their freshness and potency.

 

While our products are so delicious that they often don’t last long, if stored properly, they can last for about 1-2 years after the sell-by date. Enjoy the flavors of the Galilee!

 

Purchasing & Shipping 

If you are in the USA or UK to place an order, simply browse our products on our website, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

If you are in the USA you can often find our products on Amazon, to receive it faster. 

If you want items shipped to another country and no shipping cost is shown, please contact us and we will try to help.  I currently removed the option because of changs in customs regulations in many countries and I need time to sort it out.

We currently accept PayPal (which allows you to use a credit card without needing to register) and bank transfers. We’re also working on adding new payment methods to make your shopping experience even more convenient!

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. International shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.  Currently, you need to Contact us if you are not in the USA or UK to sort out the shipping costs. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. If you are in the USA or UK you can see the estimated shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.  If you are anywhere else you will need to Contact us.

 

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@holyroses.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your products! If you have any issues, please contact me directly. I’m here to help! However, we haven’t had any return requests since our customers are usually very satisfied.
